Nairn Friemann is a Certified Staging Professional ™ and Trainer, based in New York City. She has collaborated with brokers and homeowners on the sale of over $300 million of real estate in the Tri-State area.

MEDIA COVERAGE: Business Week featured Nairn's staging of a White Plains townhouse for the "Staged to Sell" segment of their internationally-broadcasted Sunday morning news show (ABC, April 2, 2006).  Nairn's transformation of a home in Greenwich, Connecticut was featured on the CBS Early Show (October 18, 2004). In June 2005, Nairn appeared on CNN's "Open House" in a segment on curb appeal and she was the featured stager on Dow Jones' internationally-viewed, Market Watch, "Staged for Success", on February 6, 2005. She has also been featured in The New York Times, The New York Post, The New York Daily News (which was also published in National syndication), The Stamford Advocate, The Greenwich Time, The Norwalk Advocate, New York Spaces, New York Home and Manhattan Living. Nairn has been interviewed on CNN Positive Choice Radio about the importance of flowers and plants to real estate staging and well being in general. She was an invited featured speaker (The Importance of Floral Design in Real Estate Staging) at the 2005 conference of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals in California.

CREDENTIALS: Nairn is widely recognized as one of New York City's top stagers. She was an expert panelist in REBNY's, (The Real Estate Board of New York) "Staged for Success" Fall 2005 workshop and was a speaker in New York's Real Estate Academy's Spring 2006 continuing education program for real estate brokers. Nairn is the first and only real estate stager to be invited to join MANAR (The Manhattan Association of Realtors) as an affiliate member.
Nairn is the Past-President of The NYC Regional Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. She has earned the Accredited Staging Professional, ASP™, and the Certified Staging Professional, CSP™, designations. In 2001, she passed the New York State Real Estate Sales Agent's exam. Her specialty is floral design, which contributes a unique flair to her staging projects. Nairn received her certification in floral design from the prestigious New York Botanical Garden and worked for a top New York florist for several years before starting her own company.

In 2007, Nairn decided to share her staging expertise with new home staging professionals. So impressed with the Certified Staging Professionals™ training program, she joined the team of her highly respected colleague, Christine Rae. Nairn is thrilled to be offering this superior home staging training program. She now has the opportunity to combine her love of staging and teaching. Before re-locating to the U.S., Nairn had earned an MBA and been an award-winning university lecturer in Montreal. She was honored to receive The Outstanding Teaching and Contribution to Student Life Award, from The Commerce Students Association of Concordia University.

Nairn is a former Director of an Eastside Co-op and has also served on the Boards of The Canadian Women's Club of New York and Concordia University Alumni Association.
