This downtown loft space was crowded with the owners' furnishings and personal belongings and required significant editing and TLC.

Following our Action Plan, the owners edited and had painting and other condition work done. We came back and showcased the apartment using the owners' furnishings. The loft had four offers within two weeks on the market.

Once the clutter had been removed, we were able to define and showcase the functional spaces of the loft, using the best of the home owners' furnishings and accessories

This Riverdale estate sale home was in the process of painting and floor work, Contents from another property had also been moved into the house, which made our showcasing project very challenging.

To keep costs down, we showcased using the best of the homeowners furnishings, artwork and accessories along with a small budget for additional decorative accessories, linens and floral accents.

The home has already received an offer and lots of serious interest.

Problem:

This second bedroom was set up as a home office. Ideally, a large second bedroom should be staged with a bed. It was also very cluttered, which made the room look small and made it difficult to have access to the beautiful window and view.

The room was significantly edited. The desk was repositioned under the window to showcase the view. A bed and attractive bed linens and artwork replaced the wall of bookshelves. Now the room looks far more spacious, even while serving two functions. The beautiful hardwood floors can now be fully appreciated as well. With more than 80% of buyers preferring hardwood, if you have great floors, make sure the buyers can see them.
