Total Freedom Package

For sellers with busy lives and tight time-lines, this is the best option. Whether you have a vacant property or are still living in your home, we can handle the entire project for you - from planning through to shopping, supervising of trades, showcasing and photo shoot preparation. Let us put our showcasing expertise and years of staging project management experience to work for you. We can even assist you with your move to your new home!

Collaboration Package

This is a good option for sellers who have the time and ability to carry out some of the work themselves. We provide our comprehensive action plan and you carry out the recommended work. When completed, we come back and showcase your property with our ingenuity and pizzazz!

The DIY Action Plan

At this basic level, we develop a room-by-room assessment and comprehensive, customized action plan for you to follow. We provide all the planning details, including resources, and you carry out the work. Many of our clients choose this option and implement our DIY Action Plans themselves with success.
